With a unique concept in Australia The White Cockatoo has fine-tuned and perfected an ideal method of operation
with provision of facilities and amenities ideally suited to those seeking Fun In The Sun with likeminded others.
An extreme amount of latitude is offered to and allowed for all guests with Adult activities being allowed anywhere at anytime with anyone
therefore prudes should definitely not visit during Adults Only @ The White Cockatoo!
With the nature of such a concept there are some common sense criteria in place to cater for the comfort level of the majority
which include:
Clothing Not Optional - Nudity Preferred.
"If you can wear it at the local supermarket then you can't wear it here!"
Sarongs, towels, lingerie, erotic wear, wicked weasels, or similar, are acceptable for cover-up if uncomfortable being Nude.
Any item of Street Attire is not acceptable with the exception of footwear and/or a hat!
The Pool and Spa are Strictly Nude Only.
In Addition to the Dress Code Policy
there are 3 Strictly Enforced Big Don'ts and all are applicable 24 hours a day
which are:
1.Camera use is banned anywhere and everywhere on the property 24/7, as well as mobile phone use anywhere but within each guests own chalet.2.Visitors are not permitted. Only registered guests are permitted on the property3.Illegal Drug use and possession is strictly prohibited.Disregard of the above common sense criteria may see immediate eviction from the property
with no refund of monies paid and possible criminal prosecution.

Bare Essentials - The ONLY Fully Licensed Nude Bar in Australasia
is open from 12pm noon each day until 11pm each night and guests may enjoy as much partying as they can endure during these hours.
After 11pm patrons may continue to partake of pleasantries within chalets but noise must be kept to a minimum and outside partying must cease.
A Free library, Pool Table, Magazines, Brochures, Tour Desk,
Board Games, Hotspot Wireless Internet access are all in the Bar.
A Massage / Day / Play Bed is also in the bar for those so inclined.
All your included beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks, water, etc, are available from the bar
for consumption anywhere in the resort with drinks served on a single drink at a time basis
with no distinct amount allowed for as an inclusion in rates however responsible service of alcohol laws apply
and any guest deemed to be unduly under the influence will be refused service.
BYO alcohol is not permitted in the bar itself but is permitted anywhere else on the property.
In addition there are Party Nights, usually with a theme, during Adults Only @ The White Cockatoo
subject to numbers and the mood of the moment where the Bar remains open until midnight.
Numerous other facilities and amenities are provided
including a large free form pool suitable for use year round
with sunloungers and chairs scattered around the pool area.
The pool has an attached unheated outdoor 8 person spa that has been known to host plenty of play!
Right next to the pool there is an undercover BBQ area with gas BBQ's that are free for guests use.
This area has tables and chairs and is an ideal place to mingle on balmy tropical days and nights
and is a comfortable breezy covered area during the heat of the day.
There is ample lawn area on which to relax - Work on your tan on one of our sunloungers,
Snooze under a tree - Picnic at one of our outdoor table settings - Or just Play in Paradise.

Being located in the middle of Mossman, a small country town,
The White Cockatoo is very fortunate to have the support and understanding of locals
and The White Cockatoo seeks to continue that support by respecting the local community.
The White Cockatoo has never received one single complaint from locals it's method of operation,
and in fact has only received positive praise locally,
with the large numbers of nice normal guests being wholeheartedly welcomed in the community.
The White Cockatoo has all registrations, licenses, permits, insurances, and approvals in place
as required in Australian law for all accommodation properties
and therefore operates totally legally in all instances
and observes and respects all laws and associated regulations in doing so.
It is expected that all people considering making a reservation for Adults Only @ The White Cockatoo
will show similar observance and respect to the rules and guidelines of The White Cockatoo.
All guests are presented with all expected and required at check-in in written form prior to actual registration,
much of it a duplication of all presented in this website,
with all required to be acknowledged, accepted, and understood, before registration
thus enabling a fun time for all with total awareness and understanding.

The White Cockatoo does not have an onsite restaurant, with all accommodation chalets being fully self contained
however there are 4 restaurants to choose from within a 600 metre walk,
plus a Woolworths supermarket only a 200 metre walk away for essential supplies.
The White Cockatoo does not provide transfers.
If flying into the area the best option for getting here from Cairns is a hire car with all major companies having outlets at Cairns airport
with all available via http://www.vroomvroomvroom.com.au
Also, both Sun Palm Transport http://www.sunpalmtransport.com and Coral Reef Coaches http://www.coralreefcoaches.com.au
operate irregular bus services from Cairns airport to The White Cockatoo and return.
You can expect to pay up to $45 per person each way with them, hence the suggestion that a hire car is the best option.
The White Cockatoo has 24 hour CCTV security in place, along with almost invisible security personnel,
which combined with the discreet id system, allows for total enjoyment of adult activities in a safe and secure environment.
